Mount Everest was visible from Kathmandu Valley, 200 km away, for the first time after many years due to the reduction of vehicular emission amid the coronavirus lockdown. A picture taken by photographer Abhushan Gautam went viral on social media. "At least there's something positive coming out of this terrible pandemic," a Twitter user wrote commenting on the picture.
