Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa has appointed Municipal Administration Minister N Nagaraj (MTB), known as MTB Nagaraj, as in-charge Minister for Bengaluru Rural District. Nagaraj, earlier in charge of Kolar district, will now replace Revenue Minister R Ashoka in his new role. The appointment comes into effect immediately and will remain until further orders, an official notification said.
