State-owned telecommunications service provider MTNL will soon be providing free roaming scheme, that allows users to receive calls without having to pay anything extra outside their calling area. MTNL, that provides its services in Delhi and Mumbai presently charges its customers for incoming calls when they travel outside Delhi and Mumbai. The scheme's launch date is yet to be announced.
