Norwegian firm Orkla ASA, parent firm of Indian food brand MTR Foods, is planning to launch an IPO of its Indian unit to raise $400 million (₹3,383.7 crore), Bloomberg reported. The firm may file for an IPO next quarter and is working with advisers on the potential share sale. The sale could value the company at over $2 billion.
