Samajwadi Party founder late Mulayam Singh Yadav, musician Zakir Hussain and late Dr Dilip Mahalanabis, the pioneer of ORS, are among the 109 Padma award recipients this year. Other recipients of the Padma Awards, which include Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri, include educator Sudha Murty, Aditya Birla Group Chairman KM Birla and artist Jodhaiyabai Baiga.
