Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) in Mumbai is taking a giant leap forward in passenger experience with a significant expansion of its Digital Gateway programme. The centrepiece of the expansion is a staggering increase in e-gates for security checks. CSMIA has boosted the number from 24 to an impressive 68, the highest concentration of kerbside/landside e-gates in India.
