Work on a sixth railway line between Mumbai Central and Borivali stations has started after the railway board sanctioned the project last month, an official said on Friday. The tender process for the Rs 930 crore-project has begun, the Western Railway official said. "This line from Mumbai Central to Borivali will be exclusively used by outstation trains," he added.
