Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) secretary Abhay Hadap stated that the decision regarding Yashasvi Jaiswal's potential return to the Mumbai team lies with the state selection committee and the Cricket Improvement Committee (CIC). He also confirmed that Jaiswal had formally expressed his desire to rejoin the Mumbai side by sending an email to the MCA.
