Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis has launched ‘Paatal Lok’, a 70-km underground tunnel network to ease Mumbai’s traffic. Spread across three phases, key tunnels like Atal Setu to Girgaon Chowpatty will be ready in three years. Supported by rapid metro expansion and rail upgrades, the project aims for completion by 2032, promising faster, smoother commutes for millions.
