A 25-year-old man was arrested for allegedly assaulting a traffic constable after being stopped over a violation in Mumbai's Santacruz on Saturday, police said. The accused had tried to jump a signal but was blocked, following which he started abusing the official. When the constable clicked pictures of his car, he punched the constable in the chest and sped away.
