A 30-year-old Mumbai-based man lost over ₹3 lakh after falling prey to a sextortion scam. He'd reportedly received a nude video call from a woman who recorded the video with him in the frame. He later received a call from a man who told him that a recording of his video call had been shared on YouTube and demanded money.
