A man named Sudam Shinde was arrested after he tried to commit suicide inside the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) headquarters in Mumbai on Tuesday. According to reports, Shinde was upset as his complaint regarding a toilet structure near his residence was allegedly not being addressed. The matter is being investigated.
