Mumbai plans ₹702.44 crore underground subway

Mumbai is planning a new underground pedestrian subway to improve connectivity in the city. The ₹702.44-crore project will link the proposed Central Park at Mahalaxmi Racecourse with the Science Centre Metro Station and the Coastal Road promenade. More underground walkways are also planned near several metro stations in the city.
