The missing link of the Pune-Mumbai Expressway is set to open on May 1, 2026, eliminating a long-standing bottleneck and reducing travel time between Pune and Mumbai by about 30 minutes. This will enable uninterrupted high-speed travel, enhance business and commuter connectivity, boost logistics efficiency, and support regional development along the route.
