In the fiscal year 2023-24, Mumbai emerged as the largest beneficiary of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds in the state of Maharashtra, receiving a staggering ₹2,814.46 crore out of the total ₹6,065.95 crore allocated to the state. This remarkable achievement underscores Mumbai’s status as a favoured destination for corporate entities seeking to fulfill their CSR obligations.
