Mumbai recorded its lowest temperature of the season (15.8°C) at the Santacruz station of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday morning, said a senior IMD official. "This is the second consecutive day when temperatures dropped. It is slightly windier today," the official added. Notably, the lowest minimum temperature recorded in December 2019 was 16.4°C.
