In one of the most expensive real estate deals in Mumbai, Laxmi Nivas bungalow, a heritage property, has been sold for ₹276 crore. The 19,891 sq ft bungalow was sold by the Kapadia family to Vageshwari Properties Private Limited. Other recent high-value bungalow deals in Mumbai include Uday Kotak purchasing 12 sea-facing apartments for ₹202 crore.
