The BMC demolished the last 10 stalls of Mithibai Khau Galli. The stalls were razed down to make way for the upcoming Mumbai Metro Line 2B station. The corridor will connect D N Nagar in Andheri to Mandale in Mankhurd. Earlier, a survey by the BMC and the MMRDA found that the stalls fell within the alignment of the new Metro station.
