Mumbai to get a new bird park to ease Byculla zoo’s overcrowding
The Central Zoo Authority (CZA) has given a provisional nod to build a bird park in Mulund West. The plan has now been forwarded to the State Urban Development Department for further approval. This new tourist attraction will be home to exotic avian species and be built in Mulund, around 35 km from Byculla.
