Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari said the work on the Mumbai-Goa highway will be completed by December. "The Mumbai-Goa highway touches 66 tourism spots in Maharashtra's Konkan. It will give development a high boost," he said. Gadkari blamed the contractors for the delay in the construction of the highway which is being built in 11 phases.
