The first drive-in theatre in Mumbai will open in August at the Maker Maxity building in Bandra Kurla Complex. PVR Cinemas will operate the theatre, which will accommodate 300 cars and charge a carload of people ₹1,000 for a show. There will also be a fine dining area and a multiplex with normal seats, with tickets priced between ₹250-₹750.
