A flyover to ease commute from Mumbai to Navi Mumbai on Ghatkopar-Mankhurd Link Road was opened for traffic following its inauguration by Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday. The 2.9-km flyover will reduce travel time for motorists by 25 minutes. Cost of the project, the original deadline of which was January, 2019, increased to ₹713 crore from initial ₹576 crore.
