Pune-based industrialist Cyrus Poonawalla bought the iconic Lincoln House, located in the Breach Candy area (South Mumbai), for Rs 750 crore, in the largest ever real estate deal of Mumbai. The house has a built-up area of approximately 50,000 sq ft. Only a week ago, industrialist Kumar Mangalam Birla had bought the Jatia House for Rs 425 crore.
