After Indian man Chandra Nagamallaiah was beheaded by his co-worker Yordanis Cobos-Martinez at a motel in US' Dallas, US lawmaker Ro Khanna condemned the incident as horrific. "The murderer had multiple prior arrests for violent theft & child endangerment & was undocumented. He should not have been free on American streets," Khanna said.
