Houston’s Indian fine-dining restaurant, Musaafer, has earned a Michelin star in the first-ever Texas edition of the Michelin Guide, released on November 11. Located in the Galleria shopping complex, Musaafer captivated Michelin inspectors with its lavish decor and menu. Musaafer joins five other Houston restaurants awarded a Michelin star.
