Taliban militants killed nine ethnic Hazara men in Afghanistan's Ghazni last month, Amnesty International said. Eyewitnesses told Amnesty that three of the nine men were tortured to death, including one who was strangled with scarf and had his muscles sliced off. Taliban militants broke a 45-year-old's arms and legs, shot him and pulled his hair out, eyewitnesses said.
