SolarCity Chairman Elon Musk and his cousins, SolarCity CEO Lyndon Rive and CTO Peter Rive are buying $100 million of bonds from the US-based solar power company SolarCity Corp. While Musk is buying $65 million of bonds, the Rive brothers are buying $17.5 million of bonds each. The purchase comes as Tesla works to acquire SolarCity.
