Twitter's attorney argued that Tesla CEO Elon Musk is "doing his best to run Twitter down" after he terminated the $44 billion deal. William Savitt said, "It’s attempted sabotage." Musk's attorney Andrew Rossman replied, the Tesla CEO has "no interest in damaging the company" and is Twitter’s second-largest shareholder with a "far larger stake" than its entire board of directors.
