A US court judge has allowed Elon Musk's social media platform X and AI startup xAI to continue their antitrust case against OpenAI and Apple. The lawsuit accuses the companies of conspiring to monopolise markets for smartphones and generative AI chatbots. OpenAI called the lawsuit "consistent with Musk's ongoing pattern of harassment".
