Brazil's Supreme Court has delayed the decision on lifting the ban on Elon Musk-led social media platform X in the country, saying it paid fines to the wrong bank. X has been suspended since late August in Brazil after failing to name a legal representative in the country. X was told last month to pay over $5 million in fines.
