Billionaire Elon Musk has said any AI firm will be "opposite of its name", adding, "OpenAI is closed, Stability is unstable, MidJourney isn't mid [and] Anthropic is misanthropic." Musk was reacting to a post about AI models reportedly assigning value to different humans. Following this, Perplexity CEO Aravind Srinivas said, "Axiomatically, Perplexity is going to get simpler...and less confusing."
