Elon Musk's lawyer Marc Toberoff said the billionaire plans to continue the lawsuit against OpenAI despite the latter announcing a new restructuring plan. Musk had sued OpenAI to stop it from transitioning into a for-profit company. OpenAI on Monday announced its non-profit parent would continue to control the for-profit business, but Toberoff said the plan "fails to address core issues".
