Elon Musk's brain chip startup Neuralink's valuation jumped to about $5 billion via privately executed stock trades in recent months, Reuters reported. The jump came before Neuralink's May 25 announcement that it has secured US regulators' approval to conduct human trials of its brain implants, the report said. Neuralink raised $205 million at reportedly $2 billion valuation in 2021.
