Union Minister Giriraj Singh, while addressing rally in Bihar's Arwal on Saturday, said, "Muslims take benefits of Central government schemes but don't vote for us." Singh added he once asked Muslim cleric, "Did PM Narendra Modi ever insult or abuse you? Then what's our fault that you don’t vote for us?" Bihar will go to polls in November.
