Minerva FC director Ranjit Bajaj explained on the podcast his science-led training, where boys sleep in five 120-minute cycles and eat five meals daily to maximise recovery. He likened it to Cristiano Ronaldo, who he said spends $1 million a year on recovery. "Humans are built to sleep 90 minutes at a time," he said.
