My leadership team thought ChatGPT was too early to launch: Altman

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said on the podcast that launching ChatGPT was a decision he took when most of OpenAI's leadership thought it was "too early and not good enough". He said his Y Combinator experience taught him that "if you're not a little embarrassed of your first version, you're waiting too long to launch".
