After Karnataka Chief Electoral Officer asked him to sign an oath under law, admitting that his claims of voter fraud are true, Rahul Gandhi said, "What I say to the people is my word...take it as an oath." The oath said Rahul should admit he's aware of punishment for making false declaration and giving false evidence.
