Former Myntra CEO and Medlife Co-founder Ananth Narayanan's Mensa Brands has partnered with India Lifestyle Network to acquire MensXP, iDiva and Hypp from Times Internet for an undisclosed amount. The platforms will continue to operate as independent brands post the acquisition. MensXP, iDiva, and Hypp collectively have 40 million monthly visitors on their platforms.
