Flipkart-owned fashion platform Myntra is hiring local tailors as delivery agents to offer doorstep altering of clothes to cut down on its product returns. Garments being returned over minor alteration needs means "business loss, and more importantly, bad consumer experience for us," Myntra-Jabong Head Amar Nagaram said. Flipkart bought Myntra in 2014 for around ₹2,000 crore.
