After persistent rain in Bengaluru resulted in the collapse of a retaining wall on the Vrishabhavathi river along Mysore Road, civic officials closed the west lane of the road to carry out repair work. Sacks have been kept in place of the wall until a new wall is built. Earlier, an official said there was no waterlogging in the area.
