People in various northern states of India including Himachal Pradesh and Punjab witnessed mysterious trail of lights in the sky during the evening hours on Friday. Locals claimed that the trail of lights was seen for around five minutes. Officials reportedly speculated that the bright light could be a satellite and added there was no cause for alarm.
