A Mysuru panipuri vendor allegedly hired friends to kill his wife over personal and financial disputes. The attackers hammered her and tried to set the house on fire. Poor execution led to all three arrests within 24 hours. The victim, identified as 45-year-old Nagaratna, is hospitalised, while her husband Mahesh and the others are in judicial custody.
