N Korea bans leather coats to stop citizens from copying Kim Jong's look: Report

North Korea has banned leather trench coats saying that it's disrespectful to copy the fashion choices of leader Kim Jong-un, according to reports. Garment makers began making leather coats after Kim appeared on TV wearing a leather coat in 2019. It was being looked at as a symbol of "power" after Kim's sister was also seen wearing a leather coat.
