Analysis of satellite photos by John Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies from October and early November showed that North Korea is building a new tunnel for nuclear testing. It pointed to construction activity around the region where three previous nuclear tests were conducted. There are no indications of an imminent test, it said.
