North Korea has likely enriched enough uranium to build a "double-digit" number of nuclear weapons, South Korea's spy agency told lawmakers on Thursday. The agency also claimed that North Korea could potentially carry out a seventh nuclear test after US presidential elections on November 5. Earlier this month, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un visited a uranium facility in the country.
