N Korea revises constitution to make Kim Jong-un head of state

North Korea has revised its constitution to declare Kim Jong-un as the official head of the state. The revised constitution states that the Chairman of the State Affairs Commission (SAC) serves as its supreme leader that "represents the country". Previously, the President of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly represented the country as the constitutional head of the state.
