Nadella's pay jumps to ₹922 cr; 95% of it tied to performance

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella's total compensation has reached about $96.5 million (nearly ₹922 crore) in fiscal 2025, a nearly 22% jump from last year’s $79.1 million. Nadella received a base salary of $2.5 million and about $9.5 million in cash incentives. Over 95% of Nadella's target annual compensation is performance-based, with at least 70% of that amount linked to equity.
