Nagaland will implement PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana to promote rooftop solar panels in homes. The state will offer up to 36 percent extra subsidy over the central subsidy, covering up to 96 percent of costs. A ₹10 crore budget is set and a Solar Mission Team will oversee the rollout.
