Nagasaki atom bomb was dropped 2 days prior due to bad weather

On August 9, 1945, the US dropped its second atomic bomb at Nagasaki resulting in Japan's surrender in World War II. The bomb was planned to be dropped on another city Kokura on August 11. However, due to a bad weather forecast, the date was moved to August 9, while poor visibility over Kokura forced the bombing on Nagasaki.
