Singapore-based Nalanda Capital has reportedly sold its entire 10.61% stake in Mindtree to L&T in an ongoing open offer for shareholders of the Bengaluru-based IT firm. This comes after markets regulator SEBI reportedly asked if Nalanda acted in concert with Mindtree Founders without triggering an open offer. The transaction has brought L&T closer to acquiring a 51% stake in Mindtree.
